COVID-19 Measures

Potential safety guidelines in accordance with recommendations as of today include:

  • Reduced class sizes 10-12 campers, with 6 feet of social distancing.
  • Students will be split into two groups at all times, one inside and one outside and alternate, for lunch as well.
  • Every student will wear masks, with frequent hand washing and gloves while taking brakes.
  • Usage of disposable water cups throughout the day.
  • This year Parent’s Friday Buffet unfortunately we can’t have it, but it will be modified to additional 5th country.
  • Temperture will be taken daily.
  • Windows and kitchen doors will be kept open for maximum air circulation.
  • As usual, kitchen, knobs and floors will be continuously disinfected before, during, and after camp.
  • All food products will be disinfected before entering house.

Please we ask students not to bring backpacks or water bottles this year.


Any refunds requested prior to the beginning of the camp will be granted with a credit equal to the amount paid for the camp, redeemable within two years for any gift certificates, classes, or cooking camps offered by Palma Bellinghieri Anbar. If, after the beginning of the camp, a camper or member of the camper’s family falls ill with symptoms similar to that of COVID-19 or is diagnosed with COVID-19, thus making that camper unable to attend the camp, a prorated credit will be issued.

Policies:Please note that good communication between administrative and programming staff and participants, parents and guardians will ensure the program(s) provide an environment that helps participants develop self-control and respect for themselves and others. At the sole discretion of Chef Palma, Palma Bellinghieri,, For Young Chefs and any affilates, we reserve the right to dismiss any participant for any reason. Failure to disclose any and all pertinent information can lead to termination from program(s). Participants can be removed from program based on unacceptable conduct of parents or guardians.Refunds of money or credit will be determined based solely on program days being cancelled by, For Young Chefs or any affiliates. No refunds will be issued for participant’s inability to attend programming, with the exception of documented medical reasons.
